NEW YORK TOUR

Reclaiming Christendom is responsible for bringing the Sacred Voices choir straight from the Vatican to New York this summer.

We've made all the arrangements so you will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience this spiritually uplifting performance right here in New York.

Sacred Voices performs the polyphony of the Roman School—a tradition dating back to the Renaissance, known for its pure vocal style without instrumental accompaniment. Joined by the Pope's personal organist, this music offers a transcendent and unforgettable experience.

The Choir

In 2004, the Cardinal Domenico Bartolucci Foundation created a polyphonic choir to promote the classical and contemporary repertoire of the Roman School—especially the works of Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Domenico Bartolucci, and other great sacred music composers from the Renaissance to today.

Made up of professional singers coming from qualified musical institutions such as the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (National Academy of St. Cecilia) and the Papal Sistine Chapel Choir, the Choir has recorded many CDs and performed important concerts, including the memorable performance offered to the Holy Father Benedict XVI in the Sistine Chapel (June 2006).

Conducted by Maestro Adriano Caroletti, the Choir performs the liturgical services at the Roman Shrine of San Salvatore in Lauro during the year. They also perform concerts in Italy and abroad. In June 2017 the Choir commemorated the Centenary of the Birth of Maestro Cardinal Domenico Bartolucci with an extraordinary concert in the New Wing of the Vatican Museums.

They often accompany the solemn liturgies presided over by Bishops and Cardinals in the main Roman Basilicas. In 2022 the Choir was invited to sing in a series of prestigious concerts in Chicago (US), in 2023 they performed in the main cathedrals of Tuscany, and last year in the most important churches of Emilia Romagna and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Adriano Caroletti

Choirboy and soloist of the Papal Sistine Chapel Choir under the direction of Maestro Domenico Bartolucci, Adriano Caroletti studied singing at a very young age and in 2004 he was hired as a Tenor in the same Choir. In 2010 he was appointed Vocal Technique Maestro for the Pueri Cantores of the Sistine Chapel Choir and performed several concerts in Italy. He taught Vocal Technique at the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music (Rome) and has been a singer and voice actor with internationally renowned artists. He has performed as a soloist for the most important celebrations with the Popes in St. Peter's Basilica. In 2017 the Cardinal Domenico Bartolucci Foundation appointed him Director of Sacred Voices.
